Key Grip
Ferrell Shinnick has worked as a Key Grip in the Austin, Texas area for fifteen years. After using the Giraffe Crane on the movie 'The Newton Boys', it quickly became his crane of choice. It's light weight construction and user friendly design made it far superior to other cranes of this type. He and his crew have used the Giraffe on the sides of mountains, on the beach, on barges in the ocean, on many rooftops, and in every possible configuration. Ferrell has worked the crane on such feature films as 'Rushmore', 'Where The Heart Is', Miss Congeniality', 'The New Guy', Spy Kids1', Spy Kids 2, and soon to be released, 'Second Hand Lions'.
